Description
The Low Torque Reamer is used for BHA torque reduction, stabilization, and well bore conditioning. The LTR is suitable for soft, medium, and hard formations. The spiral design provides increased stabilization throughout the well bore while reducing excessive torque. The strategically placed reaming inserts give 360° well bore contact without increasing torque.

Machined from single piece AISI 4145HMOD material for exceptional strength.
Integral blade design increases contact/stabilization area, improves micro ledge removal, and improves steering accuracy in near or at bit configuration.
Insert placement spaced to efficiently smooth the hole.
Provided as a near bit or string configuration with bi-directional design.
Directional or vertical hole.
Gauge inserts: TCI.
Reaming inserts: PDC.
